My name is Anne and I love to sing and dance with my little friends!
My main musical instruments are the clarinet and the saxophone. For over ten years I taught many children in Vienna Austria, to play the clarinet and saxophone starting with simple songs, to learning their parts for the school band and orchestra. Since 2002, I have been teaching classes for babies and moms, toddlers, and pre-school children at my own studio 'jumblie jam' and in different locations across Toronto.
My work experience has always involved communicating with people. Living abroad has given me a valuable insight into other cultures and life styles. Teaching and performing integrates artistic interests with facilitating in others an appreciation of other ways of thinking and of self-expression.
Teaching is an ideal way for me to share the wonderful experience of music with the very young and their parents. Music is a big part of my life, and I hope to bring an enjoyment and a love of music into the life of each and every child that I teach!
